The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

Excellent PDF Software
Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program.
I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business.
Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

It could be a little better if you put hints on tools that explained how to set and adjust them, but only if the person hovers over the tool without clicking it.

Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. It would help to have some sort of tutorial outlining the all the functions. Having been offered a webinar during the 30 day free trial would've been helpful.
