I really like the program however I do no like the fact that you have to pay extra to verify a signature. I believe this should be included in the basic pricing.

but, I work night shifts for the USPS & not likely to be able to take in classes

Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.

What do you like best?
I can format any of the documents I need signed into pdffiller. I really like that I can see if someone has opened a document without completing it so I know to follow up with them to see if I can answer questions. I work for a virtual company so this service has been very beneficial to us (and makes me look good for finding it!)

I wish I could send more than one document in one email to a particular contact.

I work in HR so I use it for onboarding: signing new contracts, responsibility agreements, etc. It makes it easier to track everyone's progress and create a digital contractor file

How to Create Required Field Contract anytime, anywhere

Go to your pdfFiller account or create one in case you don’t have.

Add your document by uploading it from your device or importing it from the cloud.

Locate the file(s) you’ve already uploaded in the Documents tab.

Can't find the document you need? Click Create Document and generate one on your own and save it to the Docs tab.

Go to the toolbar and choose To create Required Field Contract.

Click DONE if you finished editing the file and want it to be saved in your account.

Go over the document and check it for errors and typos.

Select the format you want to save your file in.

Limit access to the document by coming up with and setting a password.

How to Use the Create Required Field Contract Feature
The Create Required Field Contract feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily create contracts with required fields that need to be filled out by the recipient. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Log in to your pdfFiller account or sign up for a new account if you don't have one already.

Upload the contract document that you want to add required fields to. You can either upload a document from your computer or choose one from your cloud storage.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Add Fillable Fields' button located on the right-hand side of the toolbar.

A menu will appear with different types of fillable fields. Select the 'Required Field' option.

Click on the area of the document where you want to add the required field. A blue box will appear, indicating the placement of the field.

Customize the required field by clicking on it. You can change the field name, adjust the size and position, and set validation rules if needed.

Repeat steps 4 to 6 to add more required fields to the document as necessary.

Once you have added all the required fields, save the document by clicking on the 'Save' button.

You can now send the contract to the recipient for filling out the required fields. The recipient will be prompted to fill out the required fields before they can submit the document back to you.

After the recipient has filled out the required fields, you will receive the completed contract with all the required information.

You can review and download the completed contract from your pdfFiller account.
