With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. Exactly the form that I required. Repeated editing was necessary for approval of recipient and permitted by PDF filler. Direct email was most helpful to pre-empt time delays. Anticipate emailing for initials & signature - hope it works out.

it was not clear when I began my document that there would be a charge. I don't plan to use the program long term and would appreciate the option to pay for just one month without automatic renewal.

Still learning my way around. While it is helpful, it is not the most intuitive interface. Not bad, but could be a bit smoother and easier to navigate around.

My wife had some US Government forms that needed to be filled out and returned. Because of her medical condition, she couldn't fill them out longhand, and she asked me if there was a way she could type and fill them in. We couldn't find access to a typewriter (WHAT'S THAT???), but I searched on Google and found information about your app. I had worked with some PC-based forms applications before, so I knew what type of function I was looking for. I scanned the forms into a PDF, and PDFfiller opened the files and allowed me to create editable fields on the forms which she then filled using your browser-based app. It got the job done! There were a couple times where she thought she had lost everything, but because of the automatic save function, nothing was lost. Unfortunately, I don't have any other immediate need for this, but I certainly hope you use this for promoting your product. I would have given it 5 stars had there been an apparent way of copying all the fields I added to one page and paste them onto identical subsequent pages in my document (you know the Government--lots of duplicate type information!). I had to create the same fields over about 8 or 9 identical pages on one of the forms. If I find I do have more use for this app in the near future, I will purchase it!

I've just started the trial service but… I've just started the trial service but so far I'm finding the software very user friendly. I've uploaded an application used by our non-profit and marked all the fields needing completion. It was very easy to do. Testing has gone well. Looking forward to using this for our membership drive.

Super responsive Have had an account with these guys for a few years now so its about time I did a review. The features are good and I can do all the things I need to edit documents. If something goes wrong they are super responsive and provide fixes/solutions very quickly. Highly recommended.
