Every month you send your client an invoice where you change only a few details including the date, quantities and amount. The rest of the information remains the same. Every time you make a copy of the previous invoice, delete the old information, fill it with new figures and send the new invoice as an attachment.

pdfFiller offers you an easier and less time-consuming way. Create and customize a template and use it every time you need to issue an invoice. It takes only a few clicks to create a new document based on the template. Fill and sign it using our handy tools, and send it directly from pdfFiller.

To get started, open the document, fill in the information you want to appear in your custom template and create fillable fields.

Then, click the arrow near Done and select Go to MY DOCS in the drop-down menu.

In MY DOCS, select the document, click More and choose Template from the drop-down menu.

In the dialog window, press Create Template.

The letter “T” will appear on the document’s icon meaning that the document is a reusable template. To use the template, select it and choose To create Document.

Name the new document and click Create.

The newly created document will immediately open in the editor. Fill the document and send it to your client directly from pdfFiller using our handy mailing service. The template remains unchanged, you can use it again and again.

I loved it but need to know more about how to use it I dont know how to blank out the form once I have filled it out, saved it, and put it in the folder. I want to use it again but it has the old information on it help email me my phone is broken and i will not have it back until tomorrow

What do you like best?
I really like that PDFfiller is a very user friendly and employs a lot of the same standard editing tools commonly found in simple office software like Microsoft Word. It's a great step up from the standard Acrobat Reader and also has an easier learning curve than some of the more advanced Adobe PDF products. Being able to sign documents electronically is another strong feature.
What do you dislike?
When I edit a document that has more than one page, I am unable to perform a copy and paste across multiple pages, which is a bit annoying when trying to standardize items across one document. Saving documents is also very easy. We can save the document to any one of my computer folders or a cloud storage account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think that PDFfiller is a very effective and easy-to-use PDF editor and converter. For the price and functionality, it's definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Since we often deal with many types of text documents, especially Word documents, PDFfiller has really helped to enable conversions of Word documents to PDF, which are more ideal for certain things like printing. We can also convert PDF files to Word, which greatly reduces our need to perform time-consuming typing. In general, PDFfiller has been a great tool for working with PDF files with its intuitive interface and clear functionality.

To add text, simply click on the 'Text' button in the toolbar and then click on the area where you want to add text. A text box will appear, allowing you to type in your desired text. If you need to make changes to existing text, click on the text box and edit the text directly.
Click the “Edit PDF” tool in the right pane. Use Acrobat editing tools: Add new text, edit text or update fonts using selections from the Format list.
To create a fillable PDF document or form, click the 'Add Fillable Fields' tabs on the right and add fillable fields for text, signatures, images or more. When you're done with editing, click the 'Done' button and email, print or save your document.
Create a PDF Template Select the Output tab. Expand the sidebar and select Templates. In the Templates panel, click the + icon next to Templates and select PDF Template. Specify a name for the template in the New PDF Template dialog. Click Done. The new template is created and added in the Templates panel.
How to Use the Create a PDF Template Feature Login to your account and click on the 'Templates' tab. Click on the 'Create Template' button. Choose the document you want to turn into a template. Once you've selected the document, will automatically convert it into an editable template.
Select the Output tab. Expand the sidebar and select Templates. In the Templates panel, click the + icon next to Templates and select PDF Template. Specify a name for the template in the New PDF Template dialog.
How to Customize Template PDFs Using Sign in to your account. Once you're signed in, click on the 'Templates' tab at the top of the page. Choose the template PDF you want to customize from the list of available options. Click on the 'Customize' button next to the selected template.
Login to your account and click on the 'Templates' tab. Click on the 'Create Template' button. Choose the document you want to turn into a template. You can upload a file from your computer, import from cloud storage, or select from your existing documents.
