trying to find the right form that was not already filled out. Also you need to add the ability to erase to the lowest membership level. You can do a couple of things such as restrict the number of new forms per month, offer a 1-5 form only fee, or only a 1 month membership fee. In the past 3 years I've used this service only twice now as I am not a business.

It's pretty good, but some repeat items don't load, and a couple times it would not let me add a 3rd line in a box. It would be nice if columns of numbers could add up.

With recent changes, it has become difficult to navigate in the application. Also the app is slow and hence takes too much time for us to work on it. Its a great app, but due to some changes made (may be) the end user is not happy.

It keeps mixing up my two accounts - - one subscription with an aol email address and one free account with my fire dept. address. I believe it's due to my MSOffice password settings.

It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing. I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

This is great. We don't have a printer and with the Covid shutdown, we can't just run to friends house to print like we used to. Using PDFfiller, We don't have to print at all, we just fill out the form online and send it off completed.

Name Correction Affidavit, as the name suggests, is a document sworn by a person affirming his or her real name as against the wrong spellings or versions of the same name printed erroneously in any document. Such an affidavit may be sworn before either a Notary Public or a Magistrate.
Corrected title is defined differently depending on the state. In some states, a corrected title will be issued for removing or adding an owner's name due to divorce, death or marriage. In other states, details about the vehicle, such as incorrect odometer readings, can result in a corrected title being issued.

Corrected Title?? A corrected title is exactly what it sounds like, a fixed title. This is done when something incorrect is found and the owner, and holder of the title, applies for a new title with the corrected information.
Certificates of Title are issued by states to show who the current owner of a vehicle is, according to the state. The state issues the new title and sends it to the buyer. If there is a lender who has put up money for the purchase, their information will be included in the title as Lien holder.
Print and sign his/her name as the seller as well as his/her address on the title. Complete the odometer disclosure accurately on the title. Print the date of sale on the title. Print the sales price of the vehicle on the title.
If you realize that you've made a mistake when completing your title, STOP. DO NOT CROSS OUT, WRITE OVER or USE WHITE OUT. Remember, this is an important document which may not be accepted with those types of errors.
Using white-out or making an erasure on a certificate of title when transferring ownership automatically voids the certificate. If this occurs, a duplicate title must be obtained by the current owner and the incorrect title should be enclosed with your request.
