The UI is outstanding and very effortless. Very impressed.
My only issue was with advanced features. Would have liked to know ahead of time that they were additional fee. Everything looks included and don't like being told something cost money after the fact. Second, when telling me I had to upgrade to get additional feature, it should show the difference between what I am paying verses the new amount. I was on personal plan ($6) but to get the features I needed it was ($10). It said it was $10 for advanced plan but I didn't know if that meant $10 MORE than I was already paying. I had to open site in incognito mode, look at plans to figure it out... not fun.
Lastly, I was trying to send 2 separate PDFs as one doc. It took me a while to figure out where Merge was. I didn't understand why all the options under Actions were greyed out. That was very frustrating and should be improved.

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. Thank you for your customer service policies. If ever, I need a service like this, it will be yours.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.

Can a Katina cut through a bullet?
A Katina can and will cut a bullet in two if the sword's blade is positioned correctly. It has to be a legit Katina (no crappy made in China stainless steel ones) and even then it's edge will most likely be cracked, but it will cut it in half or into pieces.
What can a Katina cut through?
Nothing can cut through anything, it's going to be stopped by one thing or the other. But Japanese bananas, for example, (the real ones) are nothing but piece of fine are, a steel sword with high carbon content and made by iron folding techniques. Japanese were actually the first to use this technique.
What can samurai swords cut through?
A good samurai sword will slice through a silk scarf that's dropped on the blade. Fact: The Katina and other Japanese swords are designed to slice objects as the blade is pulled across the target.
Can a Katina cut through bone?
The Katina has a clamshell cross-section, where the thickest part of the blade is the middle, not the back (shinogi-zukuri). This makes for a very strong edge, and one that does not get stuck easily in bone -- the convex cross-section helps push the edges of bone apart.
