At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Would be amazing if it had a free option for students. Could also benefit from offering different single line - shapes such as circles and squares etc

Very convenient the only thing I would like is to have different offers for a fax number. I barely use faxes and I would love to use this service. Can you have another fax payment offer?

I love it
I love it! I am a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have had to learn how to teach online. This program allows me to give feedback directly on the page for each student, as well as create and personalize assignments. It's been a lifesaver!

It was easy to get started and the options were not too hard to locate
erasing is only left and right, the replace text field is not easy to use and it could be easier to just email a copy of a doc
