I love that you can turn any document or picture into pdf. As a loan officer, I need copies of driver's license and social security. Everyone has a nice phone but the format is not PDF. This PDFfiller is the best. It only has a few fonts. That is the reason for the 4 out of 5.

Efficient service
I had great service and very efficient. I was asking for a refund ,which I thought I wouldn't get,to my surprise Pdf filler has given me the refund and it should be in my account within a few days. Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

Wonderful Experience with this software so far. very affordable also. Editing features are user firendly and easy to use. Also does the same basic things as Docusign if you want to esign a document by several different recipients.

How do you correct an error on a deed?
Determine if the error is harmless or fatal to the transfer of title. Decide what instrument is best suited to the error. Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Original Granter(s) signature(s) obtained. Deed is re-executed. Re-acknowledgment before a notary.
How long does it take to correct a deed?
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
How do you correct a deed?
Change 1: Add Corrective to the Title. The first step is to change the title of the deed. Change 2: Make the Correction. The next step is to correct the error in the prior deed. Change 3: Add an Explanation. The final step is to add an explanation for the correction.
