Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

Directions to find the form to be edited could be more simple and spelled out. Through trial and error, I was able to edit the form to my satisfaction. Thanks.

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

I'M disabled, and confined to a wheelchair. I'm not able to get out, and look for a place that will agree to fax things. I have arthritis real bad, and it is painful to hold a pen, and fill things out. The ability to do all of this for my nurses, and care-provider's, with PDF filler online is a true blessing. Thank you, so much!

Simple Way To Edit PDF Files Right on Your Computer
I don't need this service too often but it is nice to have the ability to edit and fill PDF files when I do need it. It's great that you can edit, annotate and even post notes right onto the PDF files. Not too much else to tell - it just does what I need it to do.
I like best the ability to edit and fill PDF files from the convenience of my own computer. The program is easy to use and provides all the functions I need.
When filling in PDF forms it would be nice if the software could read the empty fields and tab directly to the appropriate locations rather than needing to manually place the cursor and then drag and drop to dial in the exact spot you want the text to land.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..
