I appreciate the different features to edit the documents. I primarily used it for my studies, where I have to closely read a large amount of texts and am not always able or willing to print them (also due to ecological reasons).
However something that annoyed me somewhat is the fact, that one can not edit the font of individual words in a textbox. For example when I want to underline a specific word in a sentence, it automatically underlines the whole passage.

Can you remove yourself from a deed?
The deed to the house says who own it. Removing yourself from the deed requires completing and recording a quitclaim deed. Keep in mind that removing yourself from the deed doesn't absolve you from any mortgage note you are still named on.
Can my name be taken off a deed without my permission?
Generally, someone else cannot remove you from title without your consent and/or knowledge. You should speak to a local real estate attorney to see how to return your name to title and how it was removed in the first place.
