At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. Really convenient with good functionality
Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.
It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.
