As a real estate broker, I have used the PDF Filler to fill out contracts and personal forms.
Ease of use. I was able to figure out how the software worked and used it within 15 minutes. This was great because I needed it as soon as I could get it working!
I honestly believe the software can be figured out easily by the vast majority of people. If not, they should be able to get assistance easily.

It gives me a lot of options to pdf works that I did not find somewhere else, and even when I cannot readily pay for the service, I was given a trial with no gimmicks attached

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. What do you like best?
The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply.
What do you dislike?
For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier.

I am in the field of Special Education as an administrator. This year with COVID-19, the difficulty of having documents signed, changing information and moving paperwork quickly has been a real challenge. With pdFiller, I have been able to address any paperwork issue that arises in an instant and then get documents back out for a new signature, or an update of information. This has saved me this year and helped me to meet all major and important timelines.

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly
I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

How long does it take for deposited money to become available?
It usually takes about two business days for a deposited check to clear, but it can take a little longer about five business days for the bank to receive the funds.
Is a cash deposit immediately available?
If you make a cash deposit with the teller at your bank, the money will often be available in your account immediately, or the next business day, depending on your bank's policy. If you deposit cash using your bank's ATM, it might be available right away, or it could take a few days.
How long does a cash deposit take to go through?
You can deposit both cash and checks into an ATM. Generally, cash deposits take 1-2 business days to clear, whereas check deposits may take between 5 and 7 working days.
Are cash deposits instant?
ATMs follow exactly the same availability rules as a regular bank deposit. Cash is always immediately available when its deposited, whether you deposit it via ATM or teller. You just deposited them. On the other hand, if you deposit a check, even through the ATM, the entire check will usually not be available.
Why would a cash deposit be pending?
One of the most common reasons for a pending balance is the funds' availability of deposits. Bank customers often assume they can deposit a check into their account then get cash back immediately. That's not typically the case, and where it is, the amount you can withdraw against the deposited item will have limits.
Are cash deposits available immediately Citizens Bank?
Great question! Cash deposits made with a teller or at a Citizens Bank ATM are always made available immediately, regardless of how long an account has been opened. Non-Citizens Bank check deposits may take up to 5 business days to become available.
How long does it take for a pending deposit to go through?
It can take over 24 hours for your bank to process the transactions and for the deposit process to be completed. Banks often refer to instant deposits as memo-posts or pending transactions. This information is recorded in your account as a deposit or payment and is pending until funds are secured.
How long does pend direct deposit take?
Till the effective date. Pending just means your bank was sent the money with a deposit date in the future. Most direct deposits come into bank a day or two before the day they're to be deposited to your account.
