I was looking for a PDF filler software that would be easy to use, fast and reliable. PDFfiller was intuitively simple to use in creating an important document. I had difficulty erasing some text I accidentally superimposed onto my document and the recipient who ultimately got the PDF I created could not open it. Also disappointing was the fact that I didn't realize I had to pay a tidy subscription price until after I completed my document and tried to send it off (and save it). That all led to an initially horrible review.
But, I have to say that my experience with PDFfiller and Elie, the rep I dealt with, revised my entire experience. Not only did Elie help resolve the problems in a very timely fashion, I received a refund! PDFfiller seems dedicated to provide the user an efficient product and the customer service is the best I've seen with any internet-based business. Elie is a great ambassador for the business and she really follows through with her promises! I never expected that. They are also going to revise some aspects of the user interface to ensure proper notice of expense and conditions of subscription. I will certainly use PDFfiller in the future!

I had an issue with a purchase for PDFfiller.com. I called customer service to get a refund, they were kind enough to honor my request. I would use them again.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)"

so far astonishing. i created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS.. uploaded it.. filled it out.. bad tab order :(... was able to change the tab order VERY easily.. send to email and boom.. awsome.. so far
