I really like the fact that I can download PDF files, fill them in and save them on my computer. Once they are saved I can then print them or go in and change them.

One big feature that is missing, as is from many of these types of editing / fill in forms, is the basic "Cut","Copy", "Paste" functions. However once I got use to the program's idiosyncrasies, It has been quite helpful. Oh, one more thing, I think more detailed instruction by some useful examples of how the features can benefit in everyday design of a fill-able forms would make it that much more useful.

Upon realization of such, cancelation was requested and in a very helpful and easy manner PDFfiller Customer Service Team took care of the problen and in a couple of hours solved the issue and awarded a full refund. Amazing customer support
I had to contact customer support because I, out of my own negligence, got charged for one of their products. They were extrememly helpful and resolved the issue, even though they had no reason to do so (except sympathy). Extremely nice customer support. Definitely recommend.
