ease of completing the form - that makes it look much more professional than a hand written form.
I like the ease of being able to put all my information in on any form. The software easily moves you from one field to the next to populate. Everything looks much more professional than a handwritten form.
I don't like the fact that I cannot save my form. I can print it but it saves as a blank form. Maybe I am doing something wrong, since I just started using it, but it did not save what I put in.

I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. In the middle of a one-time need to fill-in an online PDF form, I apparently signed up for a monthly subscription to PDFfiller, and my ****** account was billed. I contacted the PDFfiller support group, and explained that I had no recurring need for the software, and didn't realise that I had ended up subscribed to it. The support person promptly issued a refund to my account at ******, and cancelled further billing. PDFfiller is a very good organization to deal with, and an honest company. Should a relevant need arise, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
