Zip Files - have to open and resave docs needed for uploading to other sources.

Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

This program has a very end user friendly. I have used it at home, work and my social club. Having it in the cloud makes it easy to use where every I have Internet service.

Fill PDF easily
Filler software for life with the best features available to fill out pdf documents anywhere and anytime. The google docs addon save me a lot of time to fill out pdf's online and sending is easy after editing. Easy to use cloud based pdf editor which enhance productivity while I am working.
They don't have all language support. They should add more language support.

Using pdfFiller is seamless!
Using pdfFiller has been a seamless process! Love that there is a 30-day free trial. Dashboard is easy to navigate. Also love multiple send options (including fax). Great tool to use at work and for personal tasks!

I highly recommend if you just need to…
I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Perfect for what I needed. The features are great but I wouldn't continue using it long term, because it's a bit pricey for something I won't use very often.
