The forms are easy to find with the search tool, and very easy to use. There are even pop-ups to tell you what type of information to enter in the different fill-in fields. I'm sure I will be using more forms in the future here.

I liked the access to all the forms. It was great. And as I tried to do ever more complicated things with the forms (strikethroughs, initialing the corrections in random places, etc.) I learned more and more about the tools the platform has. It has just about everything you could imagine.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

The reason it is a four instead of a five...
The reason it is a four instead of a five is I feel like there is a strong learning curve... at least for me.
So I am still learning.
Check back with me in a month and let's see if we can delete this 4 rating and move it up to a 5!!

I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.

It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

Simple. Be honest and return the damaged phone to Asuncion, or they will charge you a couple of hundred dollars as a penalty. HOWEVER, if you owe $1400 to AT&T they can blacklist your new replacement phone if you default on your bill.

You are required to return your damaged or defective device using the prepaid shipping label provided with the replacement device. You will need to return the damaged or defective device within 10-15 days to avoid non-return charges.

Once your insurance claim is approved, you'll be told if Asuncion is electing to repair or replace the device, if it's the latter, they'll ship it out to you overnight.
