Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. Anne should be commended for her high level customer service. She is a definate asset to your organisation.

Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.

How do you become an Accredited ACH Professional?
As an Accredited ACH Professional, you're required to maintain your status by earning 60 Continuing Education credits within the five-year accreditation period, with no more than 20 credits completed per year.
How do I get an ACH certification?
How do you become an AAP? AAP's must pass the Accredited ACH Professional Exam administered by NACA. The exam is offered annually during a three-week test window in October. Administered electronically at various test locations across the country, the exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions.
How do you get NACA certified?
NACA Certified is a voluntary accreditation program. All Third-Party Senders that have been in payments processing for at least two years are eligible to become NACA Certified. You'll have to show NACA that you are meeting certification standards that signal strong core practices and corporate governance.

How difficult is the AAP exam?
Studying for the AAP test was a great way to learn how it all works. The test itself was tough and is graded on a curve. There is about a 25% failure rate. But, it is definitely worth the effort.
How much does ACH accreditation cost?
While there is a $199 charge to obtain standards initially, a $100 discount is applied towards accreditation if your organization contracts with ACH. There is never a charge when standards are updated.
