good program, found it easy to use. I really like the layouts and how user friendly it was. My only concern was the pricing for me, I only needed to use it for a couple of project a month and I found cheaper yearly memberships elsewhere

It's good to know that you can use something like this to fill out your documents. You can add and fill out any document you want.
It can be confusing when you are using it. We are using ours online and sometimes you have to wait to do what you want. I have a feeling that it can be faster.

My experience with PdfFiller was great
My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

I only just started using it
I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

What is subsidized lease?
How Does a Subsidized Lease Help? By lowering the car's sale price to the leasing company, the automaker is lowering your monthly payments. Since drivers who lease a car essentially pay the depreciation, a lower starting price means less depreciation to pay, and that means lower monthly lease payments.
What is a subverted lease?
A subverted lease offers a lessor the opportunity to rent an asset at a reduced cost. The cost of the lease is reduced by a subsidy which can be created from various factors. In a leasing agreement, a lessor chooses to rent an asset from a property owner rather than buying the asset.
What are subverted rates?
Subverted loans are where manufacturers reduce the cost of financing, usually through the decrease of the interest rate. Most of the major automakers have captive finance arms that operate as lenders and make loans for customers. Occasionally, they will subvert the cost of borrowing from them.
What is lease subvention cash?
Automakers offer incentives on leasing as well as big cash-back offers to those who buy. Such leasing incentives are called lease subvention. Subvention is when an automaker subsidizes a consumer in an effort to move slow-selling cars.
What does non subverted rate mean?
A non-subvented retail installment contract is simply a traditional loan on a car using standard rates, either from a manufacturer's, or third party financial institution (i.e. banks, credit unions, etc).
How do I get the best lease?
Choose cars that hold their value. When you lease a vehicle you are paying for its depreciation, plus interest, tax and some fees. Check leasing specials. Price the car. Get quotes from dealers. Spot your best deal. Ask for lease payments. Close the deal.
Can you negotiate the money factor in a lease?
Negotiate the interest rate (money factor) on the lease to a level appropriate to current market interest rates. Also, when the lease ends you typically have the right to buy the car at the residual value.
What is a good lease money factor?
A lease deal with a money factor of less than. 0017 is a good deal. Anything higher, means less of a good deal. Of course, the best lease deals are made with a combination of low lease PRICE, high RESIDUAL value, and low MONEY FACTOR.
