I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). The application are very usefully in opening some documents, and it contained some feature that help to search
the feature use low space and give options to user to allow to views the page or works he or she wants

Ease of use, the functionality is greatly appreciated. Gliding through forms is of ease. Moving from box to box is a cinch
The save feature to my computer can be a little friendlier. It can take several try to find the forms after I save them

What do you like best?
PDF Filler has been a game changer for my business. Not only can I edit pdf documents In a neat and professional way, but also rearrange documents in whatever order I want, delete any pages from a document that isn't needed, and the access to the cloud makes things so much easier to be able to work my saved work from anywhere and any computer.
What do you dislike?
My one just like really is that for signature it used to date and timestamp but at some point that disappearing and I don't know how to get it back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PDF filler program is just such a user friendly system. It allows anyone to be able to use this and succeed

The major benefit for me is being able to access all my documents through your cloud system which allowe me to have access to all my saved work at any time.

What do you like best?
With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease
What do you dislike?
I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform

With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

Fast, helpful assistance from their support team
I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.
