It is intuitive, easy to use, provides adequate help for new users requiring guidance, and provides flexible outlets for PDF use. On the down side, I do not require a secure connection for my PDF work, and the lag in loading and saving my changes & files is distracting and unpleasant.

PDFfiller gave me a refund and was very prompt in doing so when I stated I didn't not want to keep the service subscription. They were very nice about it with no drama. Signed up for this service in the middle of a Crisis and ultimately didnt need the service, But failed to cancel it. When I contacted the company, they immediately refunded the money without a hassle; I appreciate that kind of integrity.

I love the concept. This pdfFiller was extremely helpful with the form I needed to use. Much more than the IRS website. I would recommend this company working with them for more accuracy on the forms. I understood my document much better with the step by step process.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!
