Works well. Had some issues with conversion time at first, seems to work well. Also had a few issues where the recipient of a PDFfiller email document, could not open the document. so far its Great the only part is when i sign it it diplays the PDF Filter logo on th e document meaning i have to print it and sign it and scan the document deveafting the whole purpose of your system

Some of the text sizes seemed to change when editing, and the positioning of the text didn't always seem to be consistent with existing and added text

Searching for specific wording in a .PDF file
My request for assistance with an issue I didn't know how to fix was answered very quickly and I was back to work. Unlike most support with other software companies where you wait 3 days for a response requesting additional information then another 3 days for a response and usually goes on and on. pdfFiller was right there and stayed with me until the problem was solved. Anyone dealing with .PDF files and not using pdfFiller is losing out.

I like the professional government templates available but the layout of the actual site is a little tricky to understand how everything works on it.

Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.
