I like having this resource as an option. I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents. The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible. The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. The signature line may include a second line for a title, if appropriate. The signature should start directly above the first letter of the signature line in the space between the close and the signature line. Use blue or black ink.
Forms for signing off a letter vary depending on how you addressed it. The rule is that if you addressed it 'Dear Sir', then you sign off 'Yours faithfully', and if you addressed the person by name, then you sign off 'Yours sincerely'. What if you don't know the name of the person to whom you are writing?

Write the sender's address and telephone number on the top left-hand side of the page. Place the date directly below the sender's address. Place the recipient's name one line beneath the date (two hard returns on a keyboard). Give the person you're addressing a salutation. Write the body of the letter.
It is proper business etiquette (and shows attention to detail) to sign your letter. Err on the side of formality, and if you need any help figuring out how to close your cover letter, consider these possible sign-offs. However, if you are sending an email cover letter and resume, a signature isn't necessary.
If you're emailing a cover letter with a signature you should use a professional sign off (such as sincerely, sincerely yours, best regards or most sincerely) followed by your full name written underneath. You don't need to sign the letter by hand when signing a cover letter electronically.
Open the Word document where you composed your cover letter and then insert the image of your signature into the document underneath your closing phrase. Remember to type your name below your handwritten signature.
