Error in my ways!
I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. They assisted me promptly and corrected my dispute which was impressive to say the least and speaks to the integrity of this service.

Super User Friendly and Wonderful Service

I really like the option of uploading my signature and saving it, and using it over and over again from within the system (something that Docusign does not allow).

How long are i 9's kept?
Employers must retain original I-9 forms for three years after the date of hire, or one year after the date employment ends, whichever is later. The forms should be stored separately from other personnel files.
Do I 9's expire?
When the employee leaves your company, you must keep the I-9 until the latter of 3 years after the date of hire or one year after the date employment ended. The only time you have to track expiration dates is when the employee presents a government-issued work authorization document with an expiration date.
Does an i9 expire?
No. Expired documents are no longer acceptable for Form I-9. However, you may accept Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-766) and Permanent Resident Cards (Forms I-551) that appear to be expired on their face, but have been extended by USCIS.
