The user interface for entering numbers in a field is not particularly user friendly. That's the biggest thing. A feature to 'delight' your customers would be to include a field that had a simple 'summation' function.

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Fantastic online PDF signing and editing tool
This is a great online resource for signing, stamping and editing PDF documents without needing to purchase a PDF editor.
With the free plan, your limited in terms of collaboration, file sharing and upload locations. However, the paid plans are very reasonably priced and you can just purchase month by month as needed.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

I had a few problems with my docs at first because I didn't know where to find things. They have videos - but, they always skip over the most necessary details. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful I decided to invest in the purchase of this. I've avoided paying for document paying memberships for years, because I am a cheapskate. But, I really found value in PDF Filler.

How long should you keep old deeds?
Those should be saved for at least three years (preferably six years) after the due date for the applicable year's tax return.
Do I need to keep old deeds?
No need to keep them at all. Once a new deed was prepared and recorded for the new owner, your old deed had no legal significance.
Do I need to keep old closing documents?
Your real estate agent should be able to give you copies of the transaction documents because brokers are required to keep a file on each buyer and seller. But closing documents are typically kept by the closing agent, lawyer, or escrow officer.
How long should I keep documents after selling a house?
After you sell the house, keep the documents for three years.
What real estate documents should I keep?
However, you'll definitely want to keep proof of any loans, mortgages (also called deeds of trust), and deeds in your name that have been paid off and recorded among the land records in the state or county where the property was sold.

Keep records for 7 years if you file a claim for a loss from worthless securities or bad debt deduction.
