At first, I was intimidated by all the different prompts and directions but after a short while I was able to figure things out. It was intuitive and easy. Also, with a little practice, I was able to line up the cursor to where I want the letters to show. For someone who is using this service for personal use (not business) the cost is slightly prohibitive. So I would probably only subscribe when I really need it and can't find a more reasonable alternative. I have been recommending this service to friends and family for sometime now. So far the app itself is great. A bit disappointed that the add on internet said cost would be 35.00 and change but when it came time to pay, couldn't get to pay pal choice and cost charged to my card was 75 dollars for basic, one year.

I am finding it helpful indeed. I haven't utilized all of the options yet. So far I like it. The mobile app is far more difficult to use than the website. Doesn't quite sync with the different cloud websites for transfers into the app.

I would prefer to have the email document link a little easier to navigate. Maybe a big button with 2 steps to it so it isn’t accidentally sent?

Thank you Customer service chat helped me find the watermark option. I couldn't see it in the areas I thought it would be. Although I had to exit out of chat because the option was under the chat box. So thank you since I had to close the chat out!

I had to ask for help in creating the 2020 form 1099.Anna was very helpful sent me the link to get the form. I still have problem saving the new form and renaming it.

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
