PdfFiller has been a lifesaver! I have a very important legal matter that has a lot of documents that I either have to fill out or submit. How do you stamp a lease agreement?

For leases, the SALT payable will be calculated based on the length of the lease term, the annual rent, and any premium paid for the lease.
How is stamp duty calculated on a lease?
SALT is calculated based on any lease premium paid by the tenant and on the rent due under the terms of the lease (including VAT if applicable). Once the length of the lease is factored in, the Net Present Value (NPV) of the lease can be determined, along with the amount of SALT that is due.
