Would be nice if you had a feature that would allow you to duplicate an image or header type across multiple pages in a file. If it is there my apologies, but I could not easily find it.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

This application solved my work!
I am constantly receiving email with PDF attachments which I must review immediately and in many cases merit that I fill or edit them, for which I had to download the mail file and manipulate it to send it again. Well that I finish since discovering this extension for my mail, through it I open and edit online from my mail the file received. This speeds up the tasks.
The only thing I should mention is that being an online job, the Internet connection must be constant and efficient so that the work flows quickly.

PDf FIller worked Well. We are a tax service and the application was very useful. It would be great to have a library of fillable IRS forms too. Maybe this could be a future product option?

this was very helpful making legal forms, a lot of options to navigate. I would definitely recommend this product to others.
The price is more than I would like to pay, so I probably will use temporarily but I'm sure I will return.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

Good for regular use
It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.
