I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. This is so easy to use. I would recommend the PDF Filler to anybody wanting to make new documents or using the helpful templates that are already in the program. It's a very reasonable cost as well.
