Easy method. I have been filling out MER longhand for years. Glad I made the mistake clicking on your sight. Would have copied form and filled out by hand.

So far good. It has been challenging to learn how to use this. It has taken much application and chatting with your customer service reps, who have all been awesome. I won't say it's the easiest to learn but it's easy to use (if that makes any sense). We still can't explain why my msn email blocks pdf filler or pdf filler won't send it to my msn (not sure which). It never shows up in my spam/junk filter there and your website shows it sent. My gmail emails work fine using this.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

PDFfiller is great if you need to edit/change PDFs
This software allows us to fill out and share PDFs, vastly cutting down on our printing/scanning song and dance.
No real negatives other than I wish it were free.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

First, the website works really well - lots of options to accomplish any task, pretty easy navigation, and reasonable pricing (one-time use is even free!). **************** is outstanding.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Why can't I upload a PDF file?
PDF files are basically a text file or document and the size of this or any file won't prevent an upload the size us only relative to how long it'll take to upload. The issue is probably a browser conflict if using Chrome try IE, there's a software conflict. Then drag the PDF file to the compressed film
