Pratical and
PDFfiller is a good option whenever you need to fill forms or edit a pdf file. The online version is also an advantage.
If you don't use it a lot, the princing will be a little excessive to pay every month. A "pay as you go" or pay as you use.

Great customer service
I signed up for a subscription when I really only needed to use it for one day. I canceled the subscription but it must not have gone through because I was later charged after a month. I canceled again and contacted customer service. They said the first cancellation must not have gone through but then refunded my money. That is why I will definitely use them again in the future.

I had an issue that was my fault and it was taken care of immediately. Even late at night. I was very worried that there was no phone number or email to contact them but they replied quickly through their live support and took care of my issue and fully refunded my money. Thanks.b

Can multiple people edit a Google Doc?
Multiple people can view and edit a Google Docs file simultaneously. With Google Docs, everyone working on a project makes changes to the same master document. As users make edits, Google Docs tracks all the changes and tags each edit with the responsible Google account holder's name.
How do you collaborate on Google Docs?
In Drive, right-click the file or folder you want to share and select Share. In Docs, Sheets, or Slides, at the top, click Share.
Under People, enter the email address of the person or group you want to share with.
Click Edit.
(Optional) To add a note to the email, enter your note.
Click Send.
How do you give permission to edit a Google Doc?
To change the settings, open your document and click Share on the top right. Under the section titled Specific people can access, click Change.
