Satisfied customer
I had my free trial with the company but found that it was not for me. The payment had been taken out of my account. I contacted the company and with in minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded to me. I am retired and do not use my computer to its full extent. If this experience is anything to go by then I am sure everyone will be satisfied with the company. Thanks to everyone for their help.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.

How do you let people edit a Google sheet?
To change the settings, open your document and click Share on the top right. Under the section titled Specific people can access, click Change. In the Sharing Settings dialog, choose 'Anyone' with the link. Then at the bottom of the dialog, under access, click 'Can view' and, if necessary, change it to 'Can edit'.
Why can't I edit a shared Google sheet?
If the settings for your domain limit outside sharing, that's one possible reason they can't access the document. If they aren't signed in to their Google account, they may not be able to edit the document, so make sure they're signed in. They are able to access it. They just cannot edit.
