I found this by accident trying to find a 1500 free medical form but wasn't looking forward to filling it out by hand. We are a dental office just starting to use medical coding for new procedures. I use PDFfiller on an iMac which does not have Flash installed. The main problem I have is that some of the text I deleted in a PDF file using PDFfiller appears to remain in the file. After I save the file, exit PDFfiller, and reopen the file with PDFFiller, the text I deleted was actually deleted and no longer in the file. So these steps serve as my workaround to this bug in PDFFiller on computers without Flash.
I greatly appreciate the PDFfiller Help Team explains the reasons why the bug remains in the current version of PDFfiller, transitting from requiring Flash to not requiring it.
Furthermore, as a software engineer myself, I fully accept the reasons for this bug to remain in the current, transitional version of PDFFiller.

I like everything about this program, but I prefer to be able to create folders without tags and be able to fill out forms without NEXT bars popping up all the time - they are annoying. But my overall experience with this program is great!

What do you like best?
It's simple and easy. I can pull forms from the internet, email, my desktop, etc and fill them in for a professional look.
What do you dislike?
The printing process could be laid out a little more simply. It works well; but a little 'clumsy' vs smooth like printing in microsoft products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It an efficient product that makes all documents/applications/etc look professional.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Completion of all business forms look professional. We've eliminated handwritten credit applications. It's efficient to create and especially for credit applications, we save the prior information there so easy to update.

PDFfiller has helped me streamline my forms and remove paper forms for my workplace. I am now able to have all my paper forms eliminated replaced by online forms. Saves alot of paper and trees!

Being able to change a document you need to edit.

The time it takes to learn at the age of 59. It is frustrating to not know how to work new technology quickly.

Very Good Customer Support
Their Customer Support is very helpful and they get back to very quick. After having issues with my account, they were very quick to sort out my issue and get me a refund. would recommend this service.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
