So far so good. The only thing I was confused on was that I was able to edit a document before actually registering. Then, finding out later, I could not even print the document without registering. I am not complaining, I was just confused. I am a senior !!

It works better than most others I've tried.It is sometimes a bit difficult to navigate as I dont use it too often. I dii have an issue with support, but they did finally undertand my query and they fixed it up, with a very good explanation.

I had to send an important medical document on short notice and needed to fill a pdf document that was not fillable. I quickly did a search on the internet and found the pdfFilter. To my surprise, it was effortless to do, and was able to send the document in a timely manner.

kara was great. I am an older computer geek who never got into such things as screenshots. Not only did kara patiently deal with my problem but she also helped me with her request of a screen shot. i have 2nd and 3rd level support at ibm on global WAN's so i have an appreciation for what Kara did for me. Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. The subscription charge was immediately refunded on the day it was debited for a one year subscription.

For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."
