Nice service, but entering in text into some of the fields can result in wonky formatting if more text than can be displayed is entered. And it's not easy to re-visit the fields and edit/shorten the text.

Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

Absolutely nothing! And I am not a company shill, just impressed!

i PURCHASED THE 3 MONTH TRIAL SO I COULD FILL OUT A FORM ONLINE AND SCAN IT TO MY INDENDED RECIPIENT. IT WAS SO EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY WANTING TO COMPLETE WORK LIKE THIS FROM HOME.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. PDF Filler makes it very easy to modify and create pdfs from anywhere. I specifically like their simplified process for editing. Their customer worked with me on an issue I was having and I'm satisfied with the result.

What do you like best?
I like that PDF Filler is user friendly and it's easy to navigate. I love that I can create a template and then just fill in what I need to for each customer and we can send them a form digitally for them to sign.
What do you dislike?
Occasionally customer's take a while to sign a document because they think it is spam.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use program. Creat templates you can use over and over which is great!
