it did take me awhile to figure things out because I am older, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload my documents until I subscribed to the free trial

It took a while to get used to and I had to have several chats with tech support over several weeks. I subscribed, but I still ended up with a free account that I had to get them to delete. I had to check my login box to ensure I was in my subscription account.

Ny experience was good but I only have a need for the form I used maybe once a year. So I will probably be canceling my month to month once I am sure the form I needed has been accepted. It would be nice if you had an option for a subscription that was based on usage rather than on time. I might then sign up for a longer term commitment if I wasn't being charged every month but rather on my usage.
My experience with your product was that actually filling out the form was user friendly but it was a form that had a continuation sheet and figuring out how to use several continuation sheets was not intuitive and I ended up filling out several different form continuation sheet pages and then had to combine all those multiple forms into one document in order to get what I needed for submission to the court.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do I add an app group to my app ID?
Visit Apple's iOS Developer Center, open your Account and log in. Select Certificates, IDs & Profiles. Under Identifiers select App Groups and click the + button to create a new group. Click the Register button to create the group and the Done to return to the list of registered App Groups.
How do I add capabilities in Xcode 11?
In the toolbar, click the Library button (+) to open the Capabilities library (alternatively, click + Capability to the left of the build configurations, or choose Editor > Add Capability). The Capabilities' library displays only the capabilities available to the target platform and your program membership.
What is keychain sharing?
Keychain sharing is used when we want to share some data securely between two or more applications from the same developer. Now do the same thing for your second app and give the same name to keychain group. Now you have a shared keychain group and both apps can read and write to it.
How do you create groups on iPhone?
Tap the +icon on the bottom right.
Tap New Group.
Enter the group name.
Tap No Contacts — Add Some.
Tap any contacts you want to add to the group.
Tap Done in the upper left corner to add the selected contacts to your new group.
Tap Done to complete the group.
How do I create a contact group on my iPhone 7?
