Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

Very Easy to use and meet the needs that I had for documents able to make changes on a PDF and electronic sign them as well. Thank you for that ease of use. Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible. Printing completed documents, I have to save them first and then find the ones that I have just amended to print

Error in my ways! I was unaware that I had used the service in the past which voided out my free trail. I then subscribed again and was instantly billed for a full year. When I realized my mistake, I reached out via instant message to the support staff. The service was stellar at best. This is the greatest software for online documents I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online I have no negative comments about this software
