I had a very good experience with customer service when I wanted to cancel. I did not realize that there was a form available for no charge. This was a one time thing since in my line of work I really don't utilize this type of service. For those that do, it is a valuable tool

I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

Happy with PDFfiller!
PDFfiller makes the documents that individuals within my company need to use frequently, more readily available, an improved option to frequently having to make copies before working with clients.
I really appreciate the functionality and ease of use for the product. The fact that it is possible to create a fillable PDF, to be used by multiple people or times. Uploading documents is extremely easy and the layout on the website makes all features easy to find. My absolute favorite thing is that you can sign things by singing from your phone, or saving a signature that you already have saved.
My only frustration is that if you download a fillable PDF, even when saving it will a different name, you can't print it with the content. I have found that I have to import the document and then print directly from the website, yet when uploaded the document makes the typed font smaller. Another tricky thing is that if you want to create a fillable PDF you must meticulously go through the document to check and highlight anything that you want to be able to fill information.

I like that I don not have to decide…
I like that I don not have to decide how big the text box needs to be, it does it automatically. I use it for work to fill out my time sheets or edit PDF files and it works like a charm.

Learn to Preview a Document Before Sending it
The preview option is very important when you work with documents. In SignNow, it allows you to avoid mistakes before sending the document out for signing. When you add all the fields and insert the signer’s email address, use the preview feature to make sure the document has been designed properly.
Begin with importing the document by clicking the Upload Document button.
Once you choose More, click Open Document.
Choose the field in the sidebar out of the following: Text, Signature, Date, etc. Drag and drop them to the specific place in the document. You can also choose other settings. Once you have finished, click Done.
Click the Invite to Sign button to send it out to the signers.
Next, you can use the preview feature to make sure the document doesn’t contain any mistakes.
If the document needs fixing, click Edit Document. If it doesn’t, then click Close. If the document is ready, add the recipient's email address and click Send Invite.
Once the document is signed you will get an email notification.
