2 things I would like to see changed. The original custom color selector was better than the these presets that are available now. The other is the sizes of the font jump by twos, an input to put in a custom font size would be great

I enjoy the forms you can search and fill out and all of options you have to mail out the forms. The site just needs to be a little bit more easy and user friendly in regards to filling out forms and form searches

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Can I download my 1040 online?
You'll be able to access your most recent 3 tax returns (each of which include your Form 1040—the main tax form—and any supporting forms used that year) when sign into 1040.com and go to the My Account screen. If you filed through a tax preparer or CPA, they can provide a printed or electronic copy of your tax return.
How do I download my tax forms from the IRS?
Visit the Forms, Instructions & Publications page to download products or call 800-829-3676 to place your order.
Can you view your old tax returns online?
The IRS offers two ways for you to receive your tax information via transcript free of charge – online or by mail with it's Get Transcript service. With either option, you'll need to supply personal information, such as your Social Security number (SSN), date of birth and your mailing address.

How do I save my taxes as a PDF?
Click the Your Federal or Your State Return. Right click the document and click "Save as" or "Save target As" (depending on your browser). If this option is not available, open the PDF and choose to "Save As" directly from the PDF viewer. The filename will be filled in with the default form name.
