With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

It is a little hard to learn and it is a little expensive, but it is the best "filler" program I have ever used and I am glad and grateful to have it.

Select the Insert tab. Click either the Header or Footer command. From the drop-down menu, select Blank to insert a blank header or footer, or choose one of the built-in options. The Design tab will appear on the Ribbon, and the header or footer will appear in the document.
Usually such text will be a running head or running foot at the top or bottom of the page, but header and footer content is not confined to the top and bottom. It can appear anywhere on the pagan the same place on every page (but some content can be dynamic. For example, a page number can change on every page).
When there are more pages than one in a letter it is normal practice to put nothing at the end of the first page. Subsequent pages do not contain the letterhead and are printed on plain paper. Instead, they have a special identification of the letter, which is usually called “header” or “heading”.
The second-page header format you choose is up to you, but it should always include at least the full name of the person to whom the letter is written. The second-page header can also include the page number and the date of the letter.
Second sheet letterhead typically contains the company logo at the bottom of the page. It may also include other elements the company wants to put in there (like the locations of other company offices). Letterhead is usually professionally preprinted with the elements I identified above.

When writing a business letter, there are no formal “rules,” but there are conventions you should adhere to. These conventions also apply to business letters of multiple pages, as you should list the page number on each page except the first to comply with professional etiquette.
Press Ctrl+Home to go to the beginning of your document. Display the Insert tab of the ribbon. In the Header & Footer group, click either Header or Footer, depending on which one you want to change. Click Edit Header or Edit Footer, depending on which tool you clicked in step 3. Click the Next tool.
