Love the software. Earlier I wrote that the software was difficult to navigate. I would like to rescind that statement. It was user error on my part. The software is very easy to navigate and I really, really like this product a lot.

It is good but follwoing features may make it much better1. Paragraph eraser would be a great value - right now eraser keeps the gaps between top and below lines. 2. Mass repalcement would be good - search a word or sentence and can replace entire document with new word or text.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! What is an electronic return originator?
Electronic Return Originator (ERO) is a person authorized by the Internal Revenue Service to prepare and transmit tax return information of individuals and other entities to the Internal Revenue Service electronically. Such information may be either collected or prepared by the ERO.
How do I become an electronic returning originator?
Step 1: Create an IRS e-services Account. Before you begin the online e-file application, you must have an IRS e-services account, which facilitates electronic interaction with the IRS.
Step 2: Submit Your Application to Become an Authorized IRS e-file Provider.
Step 3: Pass a Suitability Check.
How long does it take to get an ERIN?
How long does it take to get an ERIN? It takes the IRS about 45 days to process the ERIN application and complete the suitability checks. In extreme cases, it can take up to 12 weeks. Start applying for your ERIN around October of the previous year, so you can start preparing taxes for the next calendar year.

Can I use someone else's ERIN?
When can I e-file a return for another Provider or preparer? If another Authorized IRS e-file Provider (Provider), they must have a valid ERIN. To validate a Provider, they can print a summary of its e-file application via e-services at IRS.gov and provide it to other Providers as needed.
Who signs the ERO on tax form?
An ERO does not have signature authority to use the Form 94x On-Line Signature PIN method (10 digit PIN) to sign a 94x MEF Employment Tax Return for the taxpayer. The Business taxpayer (IRS Authorized Signer) must sign their own return via the approved software and should not disclose the PIN to anyone.
Who is the ERO on Form 8879?
Form 8879 is the declaration document and signature authorization for an e-filed return filed by an electronic return originator (ERO). Complete this form when: The Practitioner PIN method is used.
