Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!

hey there it's Brooks here from documents snap.com and today we're going to be talking about how to find all PDFs on our Mac this can be handy uh for a couple reasons number one if you're looking for a certain PDF and you've exhausted all other ways to find it you can just get a big old list of all your PDFs and then kind of dig through it from there it can also be helpful as a as a starter point if you want to start with a list of PDFs and then drill down from there to kind of build your query so there's a bunch of different ways to do it but the easiest way is to type command F on your Mac open up a searching this Mac window so the first thing you want to do is look at this section which shows where you're going to search if you have this Mac highlighted which I do then it's going to search anywhere on the computer if you if I just had it had desktop highlight Ed which is the folder I happen to be in then it would only search the current folder so in this case I want to be searching this Mac and the next thing we want to look at is this kind field here and this will tell us the kind of files that we're looking for and so I want to change that to be PDF and now you can see very quickly we've got back a list of all the different PDFs that are on on our computer and we can go down from there so a couple things I want to show you about that right now you could see that the name kind and last Open Fields are showing columns are showing and we can use those you know to sort we can obviously sorting by kind isn't going to do too much because we we're only showing PDFs last opening can be handy because uh you want to get a list of your recent PDF F this is a way to do that but you can also rightclick on the column header and you can add different columns as well so if you wanted to to sort by date created you could add this date created here and sort by that so that can be handy as well the other thing to note is we can click on this little plus sign here if we want to filter down even more I'm not going to get too into filtering in this video but just suffice it to say you can click the plus and then you can then set a whole bunch of other kinds of criteria to filter down the list even more so let's say I want to filter it down and find the documents from February 2010 so what I can do is I can click the plus put name begins with 20102 and that will bring back the documents any document on my entire computer that starts with the name 20102 so that gives an example of some of a way you can do further filtering so that's how you can find all the PDFs on your Mac for more going paper list tips head on over to documents snap.com thanks
