While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. Just like last year!
I must file my church's taxes for our employees every year. I found this site last year. I love it! I prints the information I need. I can make copies and send it. I could send directly to IRS but chose not to do that route!!

The thing I like the most about this software is how easy it makes it for us to fill out forms, sign them and send them to other recipients. In my job, I have to be constantly filling out employment verifications and with this software, makes it extremely simple.
The price at the beginning was a bit high for us but all the functionalities make the price worth because of all the actions it helps me to do in seconds rather to find it different software to complete the same task.
