Would be nice if you had a feature that would allow you to duplicate an image or header type across multiple pages in a file. If it is there my apologies, but I could not easily find it.

Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. I searched the web and stumbled across this site. Further, I initially had questions and was able to speak to a live person. Works smoothly and easy to use. Customer support tried to help with a "glitch" I have still not resolved. Works on my iPad perfectly but pull my docs up on desktop just sits there thinking to no end. I've just used on iPad soley since problem came up.

It was fairly easy to find my way around the website. Everything that you need it's all right there and you don't have to search and find what ever it is that needed to get your documents completed and able to send

Cost effective and top class customer support,
integrating pdfFiller has been a breeze, my team use it everyday to send out dozens of branded quote documents and it's never failed us.
The main driver for us in this decision was the ability to use our own branded PDFs. The second was the ability of pdfFiller's system to integrate with Salesforce via Zapier.
I genuinely can't think of anything I don't like. It does exactly what it needs to do.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.
