It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I must say "PDF filler" is the best company I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. Such prompt courteous service when you have a question. If you call their phone # and have a wait, just leave your number. They will actually call you back ASAP the same day. Found that out with surprise!! Wanted to cancel my subscription. No problem she said. Got an email on that the very next day. The only reason I cancelled is the 4-page form I needed to type out is just once a year. Loved the selection of type styles and sizes. Made it a pleasure to fill in.

Although I accidentally subscribed to the service for a long time (forgetting that I did) and the subscription was taking money out of my account, gilbie sorted this out straight away for me and made sure all the money from previous months was refunded to my account. The product is great and very easy to use. I had started a free trial for one time use, but forgot to cancel it and was charged for a full year, but when I contacted them they refunded my money straight away with no questions asked. I wish all companies were as good to deal with as this!

Great service. I thought my subscription had expired but the tech support hooked me back up in a jiffy! I prefer to use PDFfiller program rather than the Acrobat Reader DC program. I will always renew my subscription in the future.

Simple and easy document solutions
Its been less than 2 weeks and I have used this service quite a few times to fill in documents or customize documents. Its been extremely user friendly and I really like the verified signature feature. Its has simplified my document process so much.
