With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I'm not much of a typer so the only real thing i can see that bugs me is that on CONTINUATION SHEET INSPECTOR GENERAL ACTION REQUEST (DA 1559) it will not auto go to the next line it brakes up words at the end of the line so i found myself spending a good amount of time looking back to make sure that i started a word that would have not fit at the end and ended up broke in 2. I just got this and still learning so if there is a setting that i have yet to find i'm sorry about that

I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.

I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.

Kara helped me to figure out a tricky issue that had to do with 'filling' a pdf. Kara figured out that it was a problem with my Chrome browser, so we switched browsers and it worked. Thanks.

Works Perfectly!
I don't typically need a lot of editing, but what I do need this service does perfectly. No guessing about what you need to do like with some other apps, and although I do sort of enjoy the uncertainty of wondering whether things will actually edit or not pdfFiller has definitely helped me be more productive.
