What do you like best?
User friendly. Can do anything I really need, from editing pdfs, splitting up and saving parts of documents, signed documents, etc.
What do you dislike?
The sign in page can be a bit wonky and hard to see if you're signed in. If you've been signed out and start uploading it puts you into the trial mode, and once you figure out whats going on you have to start over.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing documents is really important for me, which is the biggest benefit. But the ability to edit and fill out pdf documents has been wonderful as well.

How do I correct an error on my unemployment claim?
Contact 800-244-5631 to have a rep correct any mistakes you made. If you have not completed the certification, but realize you made a mistake, simply hang up/exit online certification window. Your answers will not be saved, and you can answer correctly the next time you certify.
How do I correct my unemployment claim?
You can change your contact information online or by calling the claims center at 800-318-6022 and using the automated system (12:00 a.m. Sunday 4:00 p.m. Friday, unless Friday is a holiday). To change your information online, sign in to your services account. Next to About Me, choose Update.
Can I refile my unemployment claim?
If you're eligible for unemployment benefits after your initial benefits period has ended, you can immediately refile by applying for extended benefits. There's no wait time. You could, for example, exhaust all your benefits, get another job and become unemployed a day later.
