It was interesting using the PDFfiller on two different computers. On one I couldn't get the scroll down bar easily, whereas on the other it was simple. Don't know why. I also noticed that there were different options to determine exactly where on a line you could type, however, it was difficult to gauge.
FYI: I just started using this application.

What do you like best?
I have a Google Chrome Book and work with a lot of documents that don't format correctly in Google Docs. This was the perfect solution for me to be able to work with all my documents and not have to buy a new computer!

PDFfiller is a GREAT program with INCREDIBLE customer service!
PDFfiller is a GREAT program! It is very easy to use. It helped me tremendously when I had a project and needed to fill out literally hundreds of documents online. The program worked very well, was incredibly responsive, & even kept all of my documents for easy access as well. Most importantly, however, is that they have absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I used the chat feature and it was totally painless and even enjoyable. I was treated very well by the chat rep (Paul)! I am a single mother who is trying to start a small business with VERY limited funds. I meant to cancel my plan before my 30-day trial was over. Like so many other times in my hectic life, I guess I forgot! I was quite anxious about it as many companies charge high cancelation fees if you fail to cancel during the trial. There was no need to worry though. I simply logged into my account and then I saw the chat feature. I chose to use it even though I was hesitant to do so (many companies do not provide very good customer service through chat). The response time was extremely fast. I asked to cancel my membership and he replied right away that he would do that for me. Here is the best part, he then proceeded to ASK me if I would like a refund as well!! Now that is WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thanks so much, PDFfiller & Paul! I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. You just do not see that level of customer care combined with great products anymore. I was quite impressed!

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Hi everyone, my name is Kevin. Today I want to show you how you can edit a PDF using Microsoft Word, and as full disclosure before we jump into this, I work at Microsoft as a full-time employee. All right, well let's jump on the desktop. Here I am on my desktop, and I have a PDF file called certificate. I'm going to go ahead and click on that and I have this nice certificate that I found online. It's a PDF file and I run a company and I have some employees who I want to celebrate. You know, instead of giving people a pay raise, I'm just going to give him this paper certificate and hopefully that makes them satisfied with this company. No, really, I'd probably just give him more money, I think that makes people happy and maybe throw the certificate in too, but here's the certificate and unfortunately, it's a PDF and I can't edit the name of the recipient. I can't type anything down here. I can't type in a date. It's kind of annoying how it's hard to edit PDFs, I wish I could just open it and just start typing. But luckily, it's pretty easy to do if you have Microsoft Word. OK, so I'm going to go ahead and let's close this certificate for now, and I'm going to open up Microsoft Word. Now this is the latest version of Word. This comes with Office 365, but if you have an older version as well, this should probably work, I can't guarantee it, I just know that it works with the most recent recent copy of Word, so I'm on the Word home screen here, and it's actually very simple to open this PDF. So, I'm going to click on the certificate, and I could just drag that over to Word. As an alternative, I could also go to open, and I could find where the file is on my PC, but I'm going to go with the easy approach. We're simply going to drag and drop the certificate over. Now I get this long message here and I know it's very easy to just always click OK when you see a message, but basically all it's telling me that it's going to do is it's going to take that PDF and it's going to convert that into a Word document, and it'll be optimized for me to edit. Oooh, edit is what I want to do, that sounds good, and it might not look exactly like the original PDF, especially if the original PDF contains a lot of graphics. OK, sounds reasonable. Let's give it a shot. So, I'm going to click on OK and I could also set it so it never shows me that message again. So, we're going to click on OK, and let's see here. So, here's the certificate I just showed you as a PDF, and the nice thing now is, look at that. I can just type letters on this PDF. I can modify it. So, let's say for my company, the first winner of the employee of the month is Kevin Stratvert. No better person to win then the owner of the company.
