Am new to PDFfiller so here are some initial comments:
1. an "undo" button would be nice
2. when sharing a document and adding comments/instructions, it would be helpful to have the option to pull up the document to be shared for reference.

PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. I was limited because she had no internet, so I purchased a portable MIFI and once I realized that I could fax with PDFfiller, this eliminated the need to spend money on faxing & postage.

Well it seems to work OK but I am not thrilled about the price, I haven't used it that much but for anybody that does a lot of form applications it seems like a goods program to have.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.
