I changed my review because of excellent customer service. I had issues with the product that made the program unusable for me and was not happy with the cost. It's great. My kids have a lot of form for school that we have to print, sign, and then scan back into the computer. This prevents them (or me) from having to do this, great software!

I had some slight issues on my 1st… I had some slight issues on my 1st attempt as there were fields in different locations than a previous edition of this form, but easily was able to correct the overwriting of several fields. Worked beautifully on several previous (new) documents.

Easy to Use but Not Free This is a typical program that is easy to use as long as you are familiar with PDF editing programs. They do provide tips when you first begin in case you need them. My only complaint and it is for all these "free" programs, is that there are no free programs. All of them make you sign up with your info for a trial period and if you don't like it you better be sure to cancel before the intro period is up or you will be hit with an annual fee.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!
